    What began as a conversation about Held in the Vanishing became something much richer: a gathering of seven women sharing honestly about caregiving, the challenges of navigating assisted living and memory care, and the experiences we so often carry quietly. We talked about what it means to care, advocate, grieve, and keep going — and about the importance of sharing our stories with one another so none of us has to carry this work alone.
